Job Summary
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer support team, providing exceptional assistance to visitors on our clients' websites via live chat. You'll be responsible for answering a wide range of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our clients' products and services. Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Support: Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns.
- Evaluating Customer Interactions: Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate.
- Building Relationships: Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
- Responding to Customer Questions: Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately.
- Promoting Client Products: Promoting interest in client products and services.
- Portraying a Positive Image: Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image.
- Providing Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the customer service team.
- Assisting with Overflow Work: May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed.
Qualifications
To succeed as an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
