Job Summary

As a Customer Care Administrator, you'll be responsible for coordinating services with care and empathy, providing exceptional support to patients, clients, and staff. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our patients and clients, and your warm and professional demeanor will set the tone for their experience with arenaflex.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

* Foster and maintain a professional relationship while building a strong rapport with patients and clients, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.

  • Answer and route incoming calls in a fast-paced medical environment, assessing and appropriately responding to customer's information needs in an accurate, courteous, and competent manner.
  • Process appointment assignments through company navigation software, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our team.
  • Maintain excellence in customer service by being compassionate, empathetic, and responsive to the needs of internal and external community, upholding the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality.
  • Provide a supportive atmosphere to people seeking information and assist with program information, promoting trust and confidence in our services.
  • Continually build trust with community partners, fostering strong relationships and partnerships that benefit our patients and clients.
  • Promote leadership and teamwork, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment that drives excellence in patient care.

Minimum Qualifications Required

* High school diploma or GED

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, clients, and staff.
  • Excellent typing and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or healthcare administration, with a strong understanding of patient care and confidentiality.

  • Certification in medical administration or a related field, demonstrating expertise and commitment to patient care.
