Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support and solutions
• Working through problem-solving scenarios to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring a smooth transition between shifts
• Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that packages are accurately processed and stored

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 18 years or older, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

* Previous experience in customer service or retail environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and grow with our company
• Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Proficiency in using technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
