Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for entering and locating work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems, transmitting information or documents using a computer, and verifying information in documents or on computer screens for accuracy and completeness.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems

  • Transmit information or documents using a computer
  • Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print)
  • Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests
  • Verify information in documents or on computer screens, including text, printed forms, and lists for accuracy and completeness
  • Operate standard office equipment other than computers, such as telephone, typewriter, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals
  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-3 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software and systems

  • Knowledge of database management and data analysis
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
  • Certification in data entry or a related field

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly pay rate: $18.50 to $24.00 per hour
  • Accrual of 0.03334 PTO balance for every hour worked
  • Eligibility to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually
  • 401(k) plan, stock purchase plan, discounts at Marriott properties, commuter benefits, employee assistance plan, and childcare discounts
