Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering data into various systems and databases with precision and speed, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our records.
  • Performing data collection tasks, such as reviewing documents, spreadsheets, and reports, to extract relevant information.
  • Organizing and categorizing data for easy retrieval and analysis, utilizing pivot tables and other data analysis tools to extract and present data in a meaningful way.
  • Transcribing audio files, documents, or other written materials into digital format, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, identifying and addressing data discrepancies to ensure the integrity of our records.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate data entry, meeting and exceeding productivity and quality standards.
  • Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our systems and data entry processes, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data entry software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent administrative skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with data collection, data analysis, and data entry, with a strong understanding of data integrity and quality control.
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute, and the ability to transcribe written materials accurately and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with pivot tables and other data analysis tools, such as Excel and Google Data Studio.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science, is preferred.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions, such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
  • Certification in data entry or customer service, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR).

Compensation and Benefits
