Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring clients receive the benefits they're entitled to. You'll be responsible for connecting with our clients to understand their unique needs and provide them with personalized protection plans. Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding clients through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and maintaining strong relationships with all members.

Key Responsibilities

* Educate clients on available benefits and help them select the best protection plans

  • Conduct client meetings via Zoom to review and enroll them in life, accident, and supplemental health coverage
  • Maintain strong relationships with all members and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Work with a team to support clients and share updates on new offerings or changes
  • Meet scheduling expectations and daily goals to ensure timely follow-up with clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and product changes to provide accurate information
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client inquiries and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide expert guidance to clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients over virtual platforms

  • Call experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Organized and able to manage schedules and client records effectively
  • Previous experience in client services or a consultative role is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • A license to sell insurance is a plus, but arenaflex is willing to train the right candidate
