We're seeking an experienced Home-Based Travel Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. Responsibilities:
As a Home-Based Travel Assistant/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for the following key areas: ### Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, helping clients with travel bookings, itinerary customization, and resolving issues
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to handle any issues that arise during travel, including flight delays, cancellations, or changes to itineraries, ensuring minimal disruption to clients' plans
### Sales and Booking
- Recommend travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client preferences and budget
- Facilitate bookings and manage reservations efficiently, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients
### Research and Knowledge
- Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, weather conditions, and other relevant information for various destinations to provide accurate advice and recommendations
- Continuously update your knowledge of destinations, travel regulations, and industry developments to ensure you're always up-to-date
### Documentation
- Assist clients with necessary travel documents such as visas, passports, and travel insurance
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and meets regulatory requirements
### Administrative Tasks
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and payments using CRM software
