Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As a Perceptionist, you'll be responsible for:
* Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, setting the tone for a positive and personalized experience
* Fostering a helpful and supportive environment for clients, winning their trust and confidence
* Quickly determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately using active listening skills
* Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs
* Demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job
* Improving skills through practice and applying new knowledge or skills quickly
* Solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities without being asked
* Enjoying working in a technical workplace and being adaptable to new technologies and systems

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
* Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
* Strong PC and problem-solving skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
* Sales or customer service experience in the home services industry
* Experience working in a call center or virtual sales environment
* Strong knowledge of CRM software and other sales and customer service tools
* Experience with data entry and record-keeping
