Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, answering questions, scheduling consultations, and providing information on our services. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while supporting our clients in the Central Standard Time (CST) zone. Our company is located in San Antonio, Texas, USA, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner.

  • Assist customers with questions related to roofing services, warranties, quotes, and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set time limits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide informed and accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the construction, roofing, or home services industry.

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a calm demeanor.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and experience with customer support tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm CST, with occasional weekend hours.

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of scheduling and CRM software.

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus (Spanish preferred).
  • Experience with customer support tools and software.
  • Familiarity with the roofing industry and its products and services.
