As a Part-Time Remote Financial Agent, you'll have the following key responsibilities:- Conduct calls with representatives to expand the reach of arenaflex and drive business growth
- Conduct appointments with potential clients, working around your schedule to ensure maximum flexibility
- Become fluent in financial products, including obtaining necessary licenses such as Life and Series 6, with options to obtain Series 26, 63, and 65
- Train and onboard new hires, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
- Develop new hires into key team members, fostering a culture of growth and development within the organization
