Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our high-level investigation and content development group. As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for applying advanced data analysis methods to drive business decisions, analyzing client behavior, and developing innovative content strategies. You will work closely with our content team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop data-driven insights to inform our content development process.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions
- Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition decisions
- Collaborate with our content team to develop and implement content launch and episode release strategies
- Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
- Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
- Provide specialized data analysis support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques (e.g., decision trees, regression, clustering)
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience working in the entertainment and media industry
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
