Key Responsibilities

As a technical program manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with a team of designers and organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)
  • Working with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end research that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations
  • Planning and automating metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
  • Driving process improvement through data analysis, envisioning, and making business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and following up on opportunities to move forward

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business administration)
  • At least 4 years of experience in technical program management or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
  • Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting software and managing data collections using SQL
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • 3 years of experience in leading large, cross-functional projects involving a diverse range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
  • Experience in technical program/project management roles, with a focus on driving process improvement and innovation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages, data analysis tools, and cloud computing platforms

  • Experience in data analysis and visualization, with the ability to create insights and recommendations based on data-driven insights
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
