Key Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support to clients and their website visitors through Live Chat software
- Answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Handling multiple incoming requests for information and prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient service delivery
- Demonstrating a calm and composed demeanor under pressure, while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Logging in to clients' Facebook and Instagram accounts to respond to customer inquiries
- Providing support to existing buyers and potential customers, addressing sales questions and concerns

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
