Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their insurance policies. You'll receive, review, and process calls regarding policy coverage, billing, and modifications. You'll also have the opportunity to grow within the company, develop your skills, and advance your career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, review, and process calls regarding customer insurance policies

  • Assist customers with policy coverage, billing, and modifications
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call handling times
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must reside in Utah to be considered for this role
  • Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment during working and training hours
  • Must be able to pass a background check and obtain any necessary licenses or certifications

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
