Responsibilities:

* Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and exceeding customer expectations.

  • Manage and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy, using active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Communicate effectively, maintaining clarity and conciseness in both verbal and written forms, including emails, chat transcripts, and other written correspondence.
  • Foster a supportive environment, contributing positively to team dynamics and promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.

Key Performance Indicators:

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate of 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less
  • Quality Monitoring score of 90% or higher

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals and adapt to different communication styles.
  • Ability to independently manage tasks and prioritize effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • Comfortable with technology and proficient in navigating various digital tools, including CRM software, email platforms, and chat applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
