Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Support: Professionally answer live chat and phone inquiries, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Research and Resolution: Perform research using available resources to provide accurate information to customers, and escalate complex issues to the research team as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary administrative work, including accurate call logging, and other projects assigned by your supervisor.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's policies and procedures to continuously improve customer service delivery.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving and Multitasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle high call volumes, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
