Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager Product Management at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Strategy & Planning (40%):

+ Develop and execute product strategies that align with arenaflex's overall business objectives + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery + Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product decisions + Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value and customer impact + Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on product strategies and plans

Delivery & Execution (30%):

+ Lead product development teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives + Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing maintenance + Develop and maintain product metrics and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success + Identify and prioritize product improvements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in + Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and learning within the product team

People (30%):

+ Lead and develop a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to help them grow in their careers + Attract, retain, and develop top talent to build a world-class product management team + Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the product team, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards common goals + Develop and maintain product management processes and tools, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in product development and delivery

Essential Qualifications

* 6-8 years of relevant work experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives

• Mastery of modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies, specifically the extreme programming (XP) principles of paired programming, test-driven development, and continuous deployment
• Proficiency in communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization
• Mastery of working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design and development team
• Proficiency in creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories
• Proficiency in conducting user research and testing to understand needs
• Mastery of identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value
• Proficiency in conducting competitive research and analysis
• Proficiency in guiding more junior team members through product management fundamentals in a professional setting
• Proficiency in managing and growing team members in a professional setting

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, fluid environment where priorities shift on a regular basis

• Mastery of working as a Product Manager in a modern software development-based enterprise environment and overseeing multiple products
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value and customer impact
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining product metrics and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success
