The Financial Analysis and Reporting Team

Our Financial Analysis and Reporting team is responsible for providing critical insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth. As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our team's efforts by collecting, processing, and analyzing financial data. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in helping us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect and process financial data from various sources, including vendor rebate income reports

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timeliness

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in financial services, payments, or a related field

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • High proficiency in Excel, with experience working with large datasets and complex financial models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with financial data and analysis tools, such as SAS or SQL

  • Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate projects from start to finish
  • Experience working with vendors and external partners to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
