In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to work with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our data management systems, particularly in maintaining accurate records and B2B client account information. Your duties will include:

• Executing requests to update and maintain records in our core data management systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving record problems in a timely and efficient manner
• Providing exceptional customer support to our clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and develop new processes
• Assisting in the development and implementation of new projects and initiatives

We're looking for individuals with:

* Working knowledge of relational databases and enterprise-wide system interfaces

• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in resolving technical issues and developing new processes
• Ability to assist in the development and implementation of new projects and initiatives, including defining, developing, documenting, and executing multiple related tasks
