As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:

• Manage customer interactions via inbound calls
• Provide an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
• Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
• Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handling time

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish (communication level)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-oriented and compassionate mindset
