Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
