Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat, email, and social media channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer queries via live chat, email, and social media in a clear, concise, and empathetic manner.
  • Offering timely and accurate assistance to customers, including resolving issues and escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary.

Requirements
