The Role of an Area Manager at arenaflex

As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that our customer expectations are met. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce: You'll be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment that encourages your team to excel.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises: You'll work closely with our support teams to develop plans that meet our business objectives and ensure that our customers receive their orders on time.
• Collaborate with all support teams: You'll work closely with our Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources teams to develop plans that meet our business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach: You'll be required to perform physical tasks that are essential to the role.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts: You'll be required to stand and walk for extended periods during your shifts.
• Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud: You'll be working in an environment with varying noise levels, which may be loud at times.
• Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather: You'll be working in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather conditions.
• Continuously climb and descend stairs: You'll be required to climb and descend stairs frequently, especially in sites with stairs.

Essential Qualifications
