Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of calls, emails, and chats. You'll use your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues, upsell and cross-sell products, and deliver a personalized experience that exceeds customer expectations. You'll work from home, using our state-of-the-art technology and tools to stay connected with our customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer service calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Use creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer concerns and provide personalized recommendations for arenaflex products and services
  • Meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience through consultative selling and upselling/cross-selling
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and promotions, using this knowledge to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

What You'll Need

* 1+ year of call center or customer service experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high volume of customer interactions
  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours
  • Occasional overtime may be required

Work From Home Requirements

* You will need verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)

  • Your workspace will need to be in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy etc.) and you will participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)
  • You will need to be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.

What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate: $15.54 - $17.36

  • Additional compensation up to $3,000 if all sales goals and performance expectations are met
