Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for efficiently and accurately entering data while providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions. You'll utilize your strong attention to detail and communication skills to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience. This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a renowned company in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter data accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions
- Utilize strong attention to detail and communication skills to assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, define, and analyze data for various use cases as part of the VOC (Voice of the Customer) cease to quit technique
- Develop and implement automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases
- Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Design and develop software program programs, checking out & builds automation tools
- Offer pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem
- Power consumer tale evaluation & elaboration
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, Development Launch Management, and Troubleshooting Understanding
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery
- Experience with automation tools and software program programs

* Experience with large data ecosystems and massive data processing
- Knowledge of transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python)
