Key Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers via our digital platforms, answering their queries, guiding them through our products or services, and fostering positive relationships. Your role will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat-based tools like Facebook Messenger
  • Providing timely and accurate solutions to customer issues
  • Guiding customers through our products or services, ensuring they have a seamless experience
  • Fostering positive relationships with customers, embodying our 'Users First' philosophy
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
