Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll work collaboratively with our multicultural teams distributed throughout the world to propose new alternatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and manage job postings on various platforms. Key Responsibilities

* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches

• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
• Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates who apply
• Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches

What We're Looking For

* Proactivity and ability to work in a team

• Marked attention to detail in daily work
• 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
• Advanced English level
