Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to web inquiries through chat, providing timely and accurate information to customers
  • Engaging with customers in SMS sales conversations, building rapport, and driving sales
  • Managing email correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries
  • Participating in responding to social media posts, enhancing our online presence, and customer engagement
  • Collaborating with the Sales Manager to support various administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting
  • Providing phone sales assistance, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Contributing to the development of sales strategies and initiatives, working closely with the sales team to achieve collective success

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficient typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to learn and quickly adapt to new technologies, systems, and processes
