Job Summary
As a Health Plan Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving issues, addressing concerns, and providing essential information to ensure our clients' members receive the best possible care. Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our health plans, services, and benefits
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide expert guidance to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
