Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (Multilingual/Bilingual preferred), with a strong focus on clear and concise communication. - Proficient in computerized systems for data entry, with experience using software applications and tools to manage customer interactions and data. - Experience with cash handling procedures, with a strong understanding of cash handling policies and procedures. - Familiarity with Spanish language is a plus, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a multilingual environment. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility.

Schedule and Availability

- 15-40 hours per week, with a range of shift options to suit your needs and preferences. - 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift, afternoon shift, day shift, evening shift, night shift, rotating weekends, and weekends as needed. - Opportunities for flexible scheduling, with a strong focus on work-life balance.
