Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content team. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and inform strategic decisions through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our content team to analyze large-scale, high-layered data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable recommendations to inform our content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-layered data sets to drive business decisions

• Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing habits, engagement patterns) to identify untapped customer needs and new content opportunities
• Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
• Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
• Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI techniques
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience working with large-scale data sets and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., decision trees, regression, clustering)
• Experience with data storytelling and communication, with a focus on visual and written communication
