We're seeking an experienced and skilled Freelance Chat/Email Customer Support Agent to join our team on a freelance basis. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our users have a positive and enjoyable experience on our online dating platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and courteous assistance via emails and chats, addressing user inquiries, resolving issues, and providing helpful guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to user emails and chats in a timely and professional manner

What We're Looking For:
