Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our internal customers resolve various issues that arise in our warehouse and logistics environment. You'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex issues in a timely and efficient manner, using critical thinking skills and de-escalation techniques
- Navigate multiple systems and tools to find solutions and provide support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Experience and Skills
* One year of call center experience required, preferably in logistics, collections, escalations, or help desk support
- Aptitude and ability to work in "the grey" – think critically and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Proficiency in multiple systems and tools, including CRM software and other relevant technologies
- Ability to navigate complex issues and find creative solutions
- Calm, patient, and empathetic demeanor, with a strong desire to help others
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time role with arenaflex.
Schedules and Work Setting
* Training for the role will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Post-training hours will be 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
- Shifts available are Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, or Friday to Tuesday
- This role will start as a hybrid position with three days a week in office, transitioning to fully onsite in January 2025. At that time, employees will be expected to work in office full-time, 5 days a week.
