Job Summary
As an Experienced Web Chat Sales Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound sales chats from consumers, identifying their needs, making recommendations, and closing the sale. You'll also make follow-up outbound calls to overcome objections and close the sale. Your primary goal will be to build lasting relationships with our customers, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound sales chats from consumers, identify their needs, make recommendations, and close the sale
- Make follow-up outbound calls to overcome objections and close the sale
- Build lasting relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements
* 1+ years of previous live web chat experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesperson over the phone or in a similar sales role
- Proven ability to type 40+ words per minute
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding monetary sales KPI metrics
- Strong experience in making sales over the phone
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end clients
- Flexibility in your schedule, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Discipline to work in a structured environment with schedule adherence standards
- Previous sales experience with ability to close on the first call
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and equipment (MS Word, Teams, Outlook)
- Must be able to provide a distraction-free workspace/environment (at home)
- Stable power source and internet connection

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As a Web Chat Sales Consultant at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a highly competitive compensation plan, including:
- Average earning potential of $44,000 - $113,000 annually (hourly base + commission)
- Historic annual average commission of $15,000 - $75,000 (based on overall department performance)
- Employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonus

- Paid training (hourly pay + guaranteed commission for first 3 months)
