Job Overview As an E-commerce Customer Service Assistant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer service experiences across our online platforms, including Amazon and Shopify. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. While training and SOPs will be provided, we're a fast-moving company with high expectations, and we're looking for someone who's proactive, adaptable, and results-driven. Key Responsibilities * Customer Service: Respond to customer service queries, including order status inquiries, using templated messages via email, Amazon, live chat, and text message. * Customer Communication: Send text messages to customers at 5:30 PM UK time advising them of multiple package deliveries using our SMS service. * Review Management: Flag negative reviews, A to Z claims, and chargebacks, and add them to a spreadsheet across UK and EU markets. * Other Opportunities: Depending on your level of experience, you'll have the scope to expand your role to cover other aspects of the business, including the growth of Amazon and Shopify platforms. Requirements * Experience: Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms. * Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent). Additional European languages, such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian, are a plus. * Remote Work: Experience working remotely and managing tasks independently.
