Job Description/Obligations
As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging complex software applications for enhancements and new products. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing software applications using a range of programming languages, frameworks, and tools
- Troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables
- Conducting system programming tests and assessments to ensure software quality and reliability
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and expertise
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in software development
Skills/Competencies
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong foundation in software development, with a focus on web and cloud application development. Your skills and competencies should include:
- Proficiency in cloud systems like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with supply chain management tools like Git and ADO
- Backend engineering skills in Java or Springboot
- Frontend engineering skills in React JS or Angular JS
- Ability to write interfaces and APIs using JSON or SOAP and web services
- Familiarity with database principles and experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in agile teams
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies

Compensation and Benefits
