Job Summary
As a Participant Svcs Rep III, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through verbal and written communications, resolving issues efficiently, and promoting our products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
* Handle all incoming and outgoing customer phone calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to email, voicemail, and chat inquiries from customers, providing high-quality, customer-focused answers and education on H&B policies and programs
- Troubleshoot Web and Online issues, consulting with customers to support easy navigation of available online tools
- Resolve issues without management intervention, removing barriers for the member and promoting a positive customer experience
- Protect sensitive customer information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Maintain a professional approach to client service, consistent with arenaflex protocol and service levels
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of our team
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, with prior call center experience preferred but not required
- Strong computer knowledge and skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to learn, memorize, and retain information, with a focus on medical/reimbursement terminology
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking, with problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Remote Work Arrangements
As a remote Participant Svcs Rep III, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States, with a focus on the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WV. Remote status and role locations are subject to change, and relocation is not provided.

Training Class/Start Date
* December 9, 2024 (subject to change due to business needs)
- Attendance is mandatory during the training period of this position (training is paid, PTO accrues while in the training period; however, PTO cannot be taken during the training period of this position)
- The training period of this position is approximately four weeks
Training Schedule/Shift
* Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. ET to 5:30 p.m. ET (subject to change due to business needs)
- Pacific Time: 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Mountain Time: 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Central Time: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Regular Schedule/Shift
* Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. ET to 5 p.m. ET (subject to change due to business needs)
- Pacific Time: 5 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Mountain Time: 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Central Time: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Some Saturdays from 9 a.m. ET to 1 p.m. ET (subject to change due to business needs)
- Pacific Time: 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- Mountain Time: 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- Central Time: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Hourly Pay Rate
* $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement
Product Exam
* A product exam will be administered at the end of the training period, with a passing score of 85% required to continue in the role.
