About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. Responsibilities

- Manage customer interactions via inbound calls, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolution. - Provide an optimum level of service, aiming to achieve the best possible outcome for the customer. - Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests, demonstrating a deep understanding of their concerns. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences. - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support.

Qualifications

- Fluency in Spanish (communication level) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Communications Skills) - Customer-oriented and compassionate, with a strong focus on empathy and understanding. - Patient, empathetic, and eager to help, with a calm and composed demeanor. - Analytical Skills and Problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and creatively. - Sound judgement and decision-making skills, with a strong sense of integrity and responsibility. - Team player and respectful of authority, with a collaborative and inclusive approach. - Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment. - Strong computer proficiency, with experience in Windows and MS Office. - Strong social support system, autonomy, and ability to work from home.
