Experienced Customer Service Agent – Global Clinical Trials Support

What Success Looks Like in This Role

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our clients and their customers. You'll be the first point of contact for end-users, providing top-notch support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve issues in our client software applications. Your critical thinking skills, analytical prowess, and ability to work independently will be put to the test as you navigate complex problems and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to end-users via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in client software applications, utilizing your analytical skills and knowledge of industry-standard software
  • Document all call information, emails, and interactions according to Quality Assurance (QA) and internal standard operating procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to departmental procedures for all emergencies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services

Essential Qualifications

* College degree preferred; at least one year of applicable experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field

  • Background investigation and drug screen required
  • Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills on a professional level
  • Strong phone skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues
  • Ability to work remotely within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis and travel to client sites for urgent situations

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese (helpful but not required)

  • Experience working in a clinical trials or healthcare-related industry
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies
  • Certification in customer service, technical support, or a related field
