Key Responsibilities

As a Client Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in enriching our customer experience by:

• Accurately creating and updating client accounts, ensuring seamless interactions and efficient data management
• Verifying and maintaining the integrity of client profile information, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency
• Processing online bidder approvals and requests efficiently, streamlining our operations and enhancing client satisfaction
• Generating comprehensive reports, managing shipping instructions, and facilitating client communications, providing valuable insights and support
• Maintaining and updating mailing list records, ensuring timely and effective communication with our clients
• Processing bidder/show cards and verifying sales tax data, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Collecting and managing client survey feedback, helping us to identify areas for improvement and enhance our services
• Assisting with various duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
• Strong multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
