Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Complete data entry tasks, including typing and recording information accurately and efficiently

• Participate in online focus groups and product testing, providing valuable feedback and insights
• Conduct research trials, following instructions and completing tasks as directed
• Use Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized and track progress
• Communicate effectively with arenaflex team members and study participants
• Meet deadlines and complete tasks to a high standard

Essential Qualifications

* Education varies by study, but all education levels are accepted

• Current USA resident
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English (Spanish a plus)
• Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
• Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
• Microsoft Word or Excel helpful but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

* Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support

• Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
• Experience with online research and product testing
