Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing the site
• Using technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing of packages

• Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units.

Requirements

* Age: 18 years or older

• Language: Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
• Physical demands: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking for up to five hours, and using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
