Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in connecting with our clients to understand their unique needs and provide them with personalized protection plans. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring clients receive the benefits they're entitled to, offering expert guidance every step of the way. Your dedication to delivering exceptional customer service will be the driving force behind our continued success in protecting and supporting working-class families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Educate clients on available benefits and help them select the best protection plans that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct client meetings via Zoom to review and enroll them in life, accident, and supplemental health coverage, ensuring a seamless onboarding process
- Maintain strong relationships with all members, providing timely follow-up and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with a team to support clients and share updates on new offerings or changes, fostering a culture of open communication and knowledge sharing
- Meet scheduling expectations and daily goals to ensure timely follow-up with clients, driving business growth and revenue
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and product changes to provide accurate information and expert guidance to clients
Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients over virtual platforms
- Previous call experience is a plus, but not required; we're willing to train the right candidate
- Organized and able to manage schedules and client records effectively, with a keen eye for detail
- Previous experience in client services or a consultative role is a plus, but not necessary; we're looking for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- High school diploma or GED - Required
- A license to sell insurance is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate
