Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats from clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
- Building strong relationships with clients through active listening, empathy, and consultative selling
- Resolving complex issues and escalating concerns to senior team members or management as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, including notes, follow-up actions, and resolution outcomes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements, including data protection and confidentiality
Key Skills and Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual or remote environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience with virtual communication tools, such as Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Optional: relevant certifications, such as CCNA or ITIL
