Job Summary
As a Remote Sales Agent, you will be responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers using our user-friendly software. You will work closely with customers via chat, following up with them and encouraging them to place an order. You will have the opportunity to close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from our company's system. Each lead that you add to your account will be assigned to a sales manager who will call and follow up with the customers via phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
* Advertise and sell shipping containers using our user-friendly software
- Respond to customers via chat, following up with them and encouraging them to place an order
- Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from our company's system
- Add leads to your account, which will be assigned to a sales manager for follow-up via phone calls
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve your sales skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
