Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team of talented professionals. As a key member of our data analysis team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement. You'll work closely with our internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements
- Designing and developing complex queries, reports, and packages to satisfy business needs
- Developing and executing complex data analysis and reporting solutions that drive business growth and improvement
- Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Turning data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshooting technical issues and presenting evaluation and reviews to internal clients and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2-4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and application development
- Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications
- Experience with reporting platforms, such as SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
- Development programming languages, such as ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
- Development database languages, such as Transact SQL
- Database knowledge, including MS SQL Server
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database knowledge, including Hadoop, Oracle
- Development database languages, including Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience is preferred
Required Education
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
