Key Responsibilities
- Providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries from customers and patients regarding prescriptions and pharmacy services.
- Effectively managing and processing medical and prescription claims.
- Addressing questions related to medical and pharmaceutical billing.
- Assisting patients with verifying their medical insurance and exploring available payment options.
Required Skills
- A strong understanding of benefit verification and prior authorization is preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical benefits, insurance, and prescriptions are advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a healthcare or medical call center environment is required.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay rate ranging from $18 to $20 per hour, contingent upon experience.
- Flexible scheduling with 8-hour shifts available between 7 AM - 7 PM CST (8 AM - 8 PM EST).
