As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive wage of $15 - $17 per hour, depending on your experience. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely after completing the first month of training in our office, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

About the Role

In this exciting part-time dispatcher position, you'll work from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weekends, with flexibility to choose from multiple shifts. As a vital component of our office staff, you'll be responsible for handling after-hours customer needs, answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries via email, and scheduling appointments with customers. You'll also maintain an organized system, documenting and recording services, and keeping track of account changes.

Key Responsibilities:
