Location: 100% Remote (globally distributed team) The Role We are seeking proven, experienced cryptocurrency traders to join our core trading desk. This is not an entry-level role. You already understand crypto liquidity conditions, exchange dynamics, and how to manage risk across spot and derivatives markets. You will trade remotely, manage positions, and work directly with portfolio managers and risk managers to drive performance. If you have real skin in the game and a track record of trading crypto in a professional or semi-professional capacity, we want to talk. What You’ll Do

• Actively trade and manage positions across crypto spot, perpetuals, futures, and options markets
• Provide liquidity and execute strategies across multiple centralized and decentralized exchanges
• Work closely with risk and portfolio managers to optimize execution and position management
• Generate trade ideas based on on-chain data, macro catalysts, and market structure
• Ensure accurate trade capture, reconciliation, and data integrity in our risk systems
• Collaborate with a small, high-trust remote team to maintain near 24/7 market coverage
• Help improve trading tooling and scripts (Python/SQL is a plus but not required)

What You Bring (Required)

• 2+ years of hands-on crypto trading experience (professional, proprietary, or serious personal trading with verifiable results)
• Deep understanding of crypto liquidity conditions, exchange mechanics, and funding rates
• Experience trading perpetual swaps, futures, and options – you know your greeks
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and make quick decisions under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A genuine passion for crypto markets, macro, and trading psychology

Nice to Have (but not mandatory)

• Basic coding skills (Python, SQL) to analyze data or automate simple tasks
• Experience with on-chain protocols and DeFi trading
• Background at a prop firm, market maker, hedge fund, or crypto native trading desk

Compensation

This is a performance-driven role with significant upside.

• Base compensation range:
• $90,000–200,000+ (depending on experience and location)
• Performance-linked bonus (trading P&L based)
• Equity / token allocation potential
• Fully remote, flexible schedule (though some overlap with core trading hours required)
