Position Overview We are hiring remote proprietary traders to trade equities and options from anywhere using firm capital. You will develop and execute your own trading strategies while working from your own location with full access to professional platforms, coaching, and a community of experienced traders. Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote) Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays
• Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities
• Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols
• Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes
• Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale
• Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience trading options or currencies
• Solid understanding of derivatives markets and trading fundamentals
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills under pressure
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
• Stable computer setup and reliable high-speed internet connection
• Familiarity with trading platforms is a bonus

Position Details

• Independent contractor (1099) position with performance-driven compensation
• Earn 65–90% of profits generated — splits increase as you advance within the firm
• Initial capital allocation of up to $50,000, with a clear path to $500,000+
• Complete location flexibility — this is a fully remote position
